Placing an item in your cart does not reserve that product or price. We only consider an order confirmed when we send you an order confirmation email.

Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of seasonal products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:

• Opened or used Christmas lights sets (Christmas Lights, Christmas Tree & Decorative Lights, Outdoor Christmas Lights)
• Used inflatables (Inflatables)
• Christmas trees that have been assembled or decorated (Artificial Christmas Trees, Christmas Trees)
• Wreaths and garlands that have been hung or displayed (Christmas Wreaths & Garlands)

5.3. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

2. Wait for instructions from our customer service team
3. Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags and accessories
4. Ship it to the address provided using a trackable service

5.4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5.5. Refund Timeline
