Our Returns Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Opened or used Christmas lights sets (Christmas Lights, Christmas Tree & Decorative Lights, Outdoor Christmas Lights)
- Used inflatables (Inflatables)
- Christmas trees that have been assembled or decorated (Artificial Christmas Trees, Christmas Trees)
- Wreaths and garlands that have been hung or displayed (Christmas Wreaths & Garlands)
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to return an item:
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of receipt, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
- Wait for Instructions: Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with a Returns Authorisation number and detailed instructions on where to send your package.
- Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, include all tags and accessories, and ship it to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refund Timeline and Method
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) within 10 business days.
Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different size or colour, please follow the standard return process. Once we receive your return, we will ship out the requested replacement item. You will be responsible for the shipping costs for sending the new item unless the exchange is due to our error.
